Mark Skinner, President,

Mark Skinner received the B.S. degree in electrical
engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA, in
1978, the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Purdue
University, West Lafayette, IN, in 1981, and the B.S. degree in
electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University,
Pittsburgh, PA, in 1984.
He is currently the director of technology
development at Economical IT Solutions. Formerly, he held positions
at Capital Broadcasting Corporation, Charleston, WV and Blue Sky
Corporation, Waterbury, CT. He has performed research and development
in the areas of RF Broadcast Applications, mobile computing, distributed applications, embedded
systems, computer architecture, design automation, hardware design
and digital design.
Mr. Skinner is a professional
engineer in the states of Florida and West Virginia and a member of
the IEEE. |

Kris Phillips
Director of Software Development
Mr. Phillips joined Economical IT
Solutions in 2007 as Director of Software
Development with over 10 years of technical and management
experience in mission-critical enterprise software development
projects. Mr. Phillips most recently founded and served as
President of KEP.net, a technology company
specializing in the development of enterprise software solutions. In this position, he was responsible for managing all
aspects of the product lifecycle and provided overall corporate
leadership and direction.
Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Engineering from the University of
